Family

    One of the most important issues in my life is my family, that‘s why it is a need for me, to leave some words here. It‘s a weighty responsibility to raise children, but the greatest luck, too. It‘s in your hand to give a weak and unprotected tiny person a stable future. As a father you have to be a role model, caring and rigorous, a teacher and learner, too. Although it takes so much power to care and to be there for your family, also it´s indeed a valuable source for energy. Thus the greatest challenge is to bring professional and family life in balance. A direct effect of that issue is the increase of my working efficiency, because in a often strictly limited time I have to do the same good work as a nonparous colleague.
